ALCO Shield™ GRANULAR+ Ice and Water Protector is designed for use as a shingle underlayment in critical areas of the roof, such as eaves, valleys, ridges, dormers, and skylights. ALCO Shield GRANULAR+ is a polymer modified asphalt membrane, glass fiber reinforced with a granular surface providing skid and tracking resistance during installation, as well as sealing around the shingle fasteners for the life of the shingles.

IB-3™ IceBuster is a self-adhering, 50 mil, mineral surfaced roofing underlayment for use under shingles, tile, and other types of roofing.

AnchorDeck™ PSU is a self-adhered (high temp) roofing underlayment for sloped roof applications. WaterGuard™️ Rain & Ice is a specially designed and manufactured, self-adhering underlayment for use on steep slopes and as a flashing membrane in areas susceptible to leaks, such as valleys, roof-to-wall transitions, and around vents, curbs, skylights and other roof penetrations.

PALISADE SA-HT is a high temperature stable (250°F) self-adhered underlayment for steep slope applications and provides full roof deck waterproof protection. PALISADE SA-HT is engineered to provide the most advanced all weather high traction walking surface in the marketplace featuring STRONGHOLD™ a patented top surface featuring a unique pattern of polymer dots and a grip enhanced back side coating.

Epilay PlyStiK Plus is a top of the line premium high temp commercial underlayment specifically manufactured to replace the traditional asphalt based underlayments with a 48 mil thickness and a 2 square roll weighing 48 lbs. 

The adhesive layer is made from the advanced SBS Modified Bitumen based adhesive which performs extremely well in high as well as low temperatures and gives excellent adhesion to the primary roofing surface whether it is plywood or metal. The temperature performance range for Epilay® PlyStiK™ Plus is -40° F to 260° F (-40° C to 126° C). It has a split release liner with silicone coating on both sides which helps in easier installation.

Epilay® PlyStiK™ SA-250 adhesive layer is made from the advanced SBS modified Bitumen based adhesive with a fiberglass reinforcement which performs extremely well in high as well as low temperatures and gives excellent adhesion to the primary roofing surface whether it is plywood or metal. The temperature performance range for Epilay PlyStiK™ SA-250 is -40° F to 250° F. (-40°C to 120° C). It has a split release liner with silicone coating which helps in easier installation.

Butyl Self Adhered  Membrane

KOMODO BSA is a high-temperature self-adhered waterproofing membrane made with an advanced butyl rubber adhesive formulation and designed for use in steep slope roofing applications. It offers premium protection against water infiltration from snow, ice dams, and wind-driven rain.  It can be used under most primary roofing materials such as residential or commercial metal, mechanically attached concrete or clay tiles, primed cedar shakes, and asphalt or composite shingles.

PLATINUM HT-B is a high temperature self-adhered waterproofing membrane made with an advanced Black Butyl rubber adhesive formulation and is designed for use as secondary ice and water protection in steep slope roofing applications. It offers premium protection against water infiltration from snow, ice dams, and wind driven rain. It can be used under most primary roofing materials such as residential or commercial metal, mechanically attached concrete or clay tiles, primed cedar shakes, and asphalt or composite shingles.

PLATINUM HTSA is a high temperature, self-adhering, peel and stick roofing underlayment. It is designed for sloped roof applications to help protect against water infiltration from ice dams and wind driven rain. It combines the GRIPSPOT™ patented slip resistant walking surface with a high strength modified rubberized asphalt peel and stick backing.  HTSA offers premium protection against wind driven rain, snow, ice dams, and water infiltration.

Cobalt Ultra is a self adhered roof underlayment designed for sloped roof applications to help protect against water infiltration from ice dams and wind driven rain. Cobalt Ultra is designed for use under asphalt shingles, concrete and clay tiles, shakes, synthetic shingles, primed cedar shakes, and all types of metal roofing including high temperature applications such as copper, zinc, and Cor-Ten® roofing panels located in high altitude and southern regions.

FT Block-Aide is a self-adhered vapor barrier membrane that combines a durable tri-laminate low density polyethylene facer with an advanced butyl rubber adhesive to create a Commercial Grade Vapor Barrier with significantly increased adhesion performance and a slip-resistant embossed walking surface.
